  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business potential for the region.">
  • Maintain technical expertise to respond accurately to customer questions regarding products, policies, and business-related issues.">
  • Counsel representatives on improvement of selling skills, product knowledge, and capabilities needed for successful representative performance.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of delivering successful sales results through front-line leadership in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.">
  • Ability to manage, develop, and motivate others, lead through change, and deliver on business imperatives.">
  • Knowledge of products, disease states, Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care, and company-sponsored reimbursement programs.">
  • Effective planning and resource utilization skills.">
  • Possess a valid driver's license and ability to travel as necessary.">

Total Compensation:

">

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $127K - $170K. Total compensation may include bonuses, sales incentives, and equity awards. Halozyme offers a comprehensive benefits package, including an Employee Stock Purchase Program and 401(k) matching.
