General Manager - Property Operations

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operational Leadership Manager to oversee the operations of assigned hotels in Ohio, providing leadership and direction to achieve optimal performance and continual improvement in key metrics. As a seasoned professional, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, improving guest satisfaction, and maintaining efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume interim coverage for General Managers or Area Managers as needed, ensuring seamless hotel operations.
  • Direct staff to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence through effective coordination and strategic planning.
  • Participate in hotel sales and lead generation efforts, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead regional initiatives, including recruitment, training compliance, and hotel operations audits, to promote best practices and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of ESA systems, policies, and procedures, with analytical skills and financial reporting expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field (preferred), with a focus on leadership and management principles.
Estimated Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 per yearTravel Requirements:

Frequent travel by air and automobile, with periods of several weeks away from home, is expected.
