This role emphasizes the oversight of formulary operations, facilitating medication utilization initiatives, and ensuring effective policy administration.

The ideal candidate should have a robust background in pharmacy or healthcare, complemented by experience in project oversight and policy formulation.

  • Develop and sustain a comprehensive database of Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee actions for regular and special reports
  • Implement analytical tools for cost-saving measures and quality enhancement projects
  • Generate reports concerning drug shortage management, procurement history, and utilization patterns
  • Assess opportunities for inventory optimization and pricing strategies
  • Establish electronic systems for tracking nonformulary requests and deviations
  • Address data inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Execute other assigned responsibilities as needed
Compensation Range: $39.55 Hourly

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related discipline is required

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or pharmacy-related data analysis

Licensure:
None required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position is primarily sedentary, involving extensive computer usage with occasional travel.
