HR Manager Assistant

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team at Santa Clara Development Corporation.
About the Role:This is a full-time position responsible for managing the Company's recruitment and onboarding process, providing excellent service to internal and external guests, and supporting the HR department. The primary function of this role is to create sourcing strategies, interview/screen candidates, schedule interviews, maintain data integrity, coordinate job postings, conduct screenings, and attend career fairs.

$63,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
