Clinical Operations Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Credentialing Assistant I to join our team at El Centro Family Health. This full-time position (40 hours/week) is dedicated to supporting the credentialing process for clinical practitioners.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate credentialing and primary source verification for practitioners and affiliate health delivery organizations.
- Monitor and update practitioner data, maintaining complete information in CAQH profiles and ECFH documentation.
- Track internal and affiliate credentialing stages, verifying effective dates for practitioners by contacting insurance affiliates and external entities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma or GED.
- Six months of customer service and/or office administrative support experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred qualifications include an Associate degree and two years' experience in customer service, office management, or administrative support in a credentialing or healthcare setting.
