Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Recruiter to join our team at the Santa Clara Development Corporation. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the company's recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and data integrity
  • Coordinate internal transfers and promotions
  • Assist with benefits administration and leave of absence programs
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with payroll and TPA to conduct annual benefit audits

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management and data analysis skills
