Clinical Nurse III: Medical Cardiology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse III to join our Medical Cardiac Hospitalist team at Albany Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, coordinate, and implement patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients.
- Administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, and document treatment as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions.
- Apply sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
- Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
