Clinical Nurse III: Medical Cardiology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse III to join our Medical Cardiology team at Albany Medical Center. As a key member of our caregiving team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating the needs of assigned patients throughout their episode of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, coordinate, plan, direct, implement, and manage the needs of assigned patients
- Deliver and coordinate patient care provided by the caregiving team
- Ensure competent and compassionate patient care is uniformly provided to customers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
About the Unit:
The Medical Cardiology unit is a 29-bed unit that provides care to male and female patients with a variety of cardiac and medical diagnoses. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
