• $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience.

Job Description

• Deliver responsive and accurate painting services for resident apartments and common areas, including interior and exterior maintenance, to enhance our community's beauty and resident satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential painting and wallcovering in a residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of both commercial and residential painting and wallcovering techniques.
• Proficient in using power tools and painting equipment.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
