About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Residential Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for general client supervision, milieu management, and program operation support. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all scheduled activities occur at the specified time.
  • Place documentation in client files.
  • Search incoming property and shopping bags.
  • Ensure that residents comply with program rules.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements:

  • Certified or eligible for certification in CPR and First Aid.
  • Able to obtain and maintain clearance from LEIE, MSIL, and EPLS.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain and maintain WestCare's vehicle insurance.
  • Familiarity with substance abuse and treatment principles.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Salary: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
