Residential Therapist Assistant

This Residential Therapist Assistant position is an excellent opportunity to join our dedicated team of professionals who are committed to supporting high-risk children and families. Annual Salary Range:$52,000 - $62,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities as a Residential Therapist Assistant will include:
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for residents.
- Providing guidance and support to residents to promote independence and self-esteem.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve resident goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Human Services related field and two years of experience working with high-risk children and families required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
