Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Youth Residential Supervisor to oversee and manage our residential services. The successful candidate will provide support for youth and staff, respond to crisis situations, and work collaboratively with our team to create a safe and secure environment.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule, including four day work weeks and one weekend day off per week.
  • The Youth Residential Supervisor will be responsible for accurate record keeping, documentation, and data entry of medical administration records, daily treatment interventions, and other required documents using current agency electronic systems.
  • A minimum of 3 years related experience and six months of supervisory experience is required, or a minimum of 5 years' related experience may substitute for degree.
