Board Certified BCBA for Behavioral Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a contractor in Kentucky. This is a unique opportunity to work with our experienced therapy team, executing customized treatment plans that deliver real results and exceed patients' expectations.
About the RoleAs a BCBA, you will be responsible for modeling and training staff in Positive Behavior Support methodology. You will serve as a member of Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs), providing expertise on behavioral issues. Your key responsibilities include:
- Behavior Plan assessment, design, training, monitoring, and reporting
- Conducting descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and providing behavior analytic interpretations of the results
- Providing direct behavioral treatment to clients via replacement skills training, social skills training, crisis de-escalation, group behavioral treatment, individual behavioral treatment, and/or skills coaching in all applicable settings
To be successful in this role, you must have a Doctoral or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required. Additionally, you must be able to record/enter data neatly, accurately, and objectively, consistent with our requirements.
Estimated Salary Range$70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
