Job Description

As a BCBA Contractor, you will be responsible for executing customized treatment plans that deliver real results and exceed patients' expectations. Your key objectives will include:
  • Modeling and training staff in Positive Behavior Support methodology
  • Serving as a member of Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs) providing expertise on behavioral issues
  • Responsible for behavior plan assessment, design, training, monitoring, and reporting
  • Conducting descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments
  • Providing direct behavioral treatment to clients

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
