About the Company

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care offers a unique and challenging opportunity for a Board Certified BCBA to join our team as a contractor in Kentucky. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing behavioral treatment plans for our clients, working closely with our interdisciplinary teams to achieve real results and exceed patient expectations.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities as a BCBA will include:

  • Developing and implementing behavioral treatment plans for clients
  • Conducting behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and providing behavior analytic interpretations of the results
  • Providing direct behavioral treatment to clients via replacement skills training, social skills training, crisis de-escalation, group behavioral treatment, individual behavioral treatment, and/or skills coaching in all applicable settings
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a Doctoral or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required. Additionally, you must be able to record/enter data neatly, accurately, and objectively, consistent with our requirements.

Estimated Salary Range

$70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
