">Your Role
">We're seeking a highly skilled Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team as a Certified Autism Care Specialist. In this role, you'll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans directly in the homes of children with autism.
">Responsibilities

- Implement behavior intervention plans tailored to each child's needs">
- Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques to enhance your skills">
- Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff to ensure seamless care coordination">
- Operate under the guidance of a BCBA, receiving support and feedback as needed">
- Cultivate strong relationships with families, prioritizing their engagement and participation in their child's care">
- Gather and analyze data from therapy sessions to inform treatment plans">
