Job Description

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a critical role in developing and implementing evidence-based intervention plans tailored to the unique needs of our patients. You will conduct detailed behavioral assessments, supervise and nurture Registered Behavior Technician (RBTs), and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent interventions across settings.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral assessments to evaluate patient progress toward treatment goals.
  • Design and implement individualized intervention plans based on patient needs.
  • Supervise and support RBTs to deliver high-quality care and optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions and consistent interventions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree or higher in a relevant field and hold current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
