Professional Learning Experience Designer

Strategic Resolution Experts (SRE) is a leading provider of Organizational Transformation Services to the federal government. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Professional Learning Experience Designer to join our team in the Washington D.C. Metro area.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training and development programs that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our subject matter experts to develop training content, design engaging learning experiences, and evaluate program effectiveness.
This position requires a strong background in adult learning principles, instructional design, and project management. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training and development programs that meet client needs.
- Develop training content in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Design engaging learning experiences that incorporate various training methods.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Capital Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related Training Systems discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $100,000/year. Please note that salary information is a general guideline only. Compensation decisions are made based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, and training.
