Fawkes IDM is seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a digital learning strategy that enhances the user experience and drives business growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning technology and a proven track record of successfully managing LMS systems, deploying DAP solutions, and creating engaging learning experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the LMS, adding new learning objects, identifying areas for improvement, and providing technical support to trainers and end-users.

We are looking for someone who is proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite, as well as experienced with SABA and Cornerstone LMS systems. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, think critically, and solve complex problems.

This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the LMS, ensuring the system runs smoothly, updating content, fixing technical issues, and identifying ways to improve it.
  • Add new learning objects to the LMS by managing new courses, classes, and resources.
  • Identify additional internal uses of the LMS and facilitate the onboarding of them.
  • Create and train on reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support and training to trainers, end-users, and other support teams on the LMS.
  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the DAP along with creating the appropriate governance and standards guidelines.
  • Act as an internal subject matter expert (SME) and practitioner for DAP element design and programming.
  • Monitor platform usage and analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for increased adoption.
  • Support the IT Training team in effectively using the DAP.
  • Act as the primary liaison with administrative teams with high DAP utilization, providing design and analytic support along with programming suggestions.
  • Design and implement a program for practice groups to use the DAP for process and knowledge retention.
  • Develop and track metrics to show our progression in the maturity curve and track value to the organization.
  • Create a strategy to leverage analytics on programs before we apply the DAP user-facing elements to identify friction points and priority use cases.
  • Develop a formal DAP community of practice, including IT Training and other departments that are leveraging the DAP.
  • Collect and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve the platform and its usage.
