We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated professionals to fill the role of Hearing Instrument Specialist. This position does not require prior experience in the field, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a rewarding career.
As a Hearing Instrument Specialist, you will embody a unique blend of healthcare provider, counselor, technician, and sales expert. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough hearing assessments for potential patients.
- Recommend appropriate Beltone products based on individual hearing needs.
- Provide ongoing care and follow-up for all patients.
- Oversee the operations of your assigned office, including managing the Patient Care Coordinator.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with patients, emphasizing exceptional customer service.
- Utilize company systems and software effectively.
- Adhere to safety protocols in all tasks.
- Manage inventory efficiently.
- Be flexible to work across multiple office locations as required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and schedule follow-up appointments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
