Beltone Hearing Aid Centers

Salary: $64,800 - $82,400

We are a well-established franchise dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with hearing challenges. With over 82 years of experience, our company is built on strong values and a commitment to patient care.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to train for the role of Hearing Instrument Specialist. Previous experience in this field is not required.

As a Hearing Instrument Specialist, you will blend your skills as a healthcare provider, counselor, technician, and salesperson. This position offers a respected status within the community, comparable to that of graduate-level healthcare professionals, along with a competitive income without the lengthy commitment of a college education.

With 48 million Americans experiencing hearing loss, yet only 16% utilizing hearing aids, the need for compassionate professionals in this field is critical. Hearing loss can lead to various mental health issues and is linked to a significantly increased risk of cognitive decline, making this career path both rewarding and financially beneficial.

At Beltone, we focus on cultivating skilled and confident professionals. You will benefit from:

  • Comprehensive Paid Training
  • A dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to streamline your schedule
  • Effective marketing initiatives to attract potential patients
  • An Outreach Coordinator to build relationships with local healthcare providers and senior facilities
  • A competitive salary with commission opportunities
  • No required weekend hours
  • Two weeks of paid vacation
  • Access to the latest advanced equipment and technology

If you are passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives through improved hearing, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and interpret hearing assessments for prospective clients.
  • Advise clients on suitable Beltone products based on their hearing evaluations.
  • Provide ongoing care and follow-up for all patients.
  • Oversee the operations of your assigned office, including managing the Patient Care Coordinator.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with patients, emphasizing exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize company systems and software effectively.
  • Adhere to safety protocols in all tasks.
  • Manage inventory, including incoming and outgoing products.
  • Be flexible to work at various office locations as required.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and schedule follow-up appointments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong business ethics are essential.
  • A competitive spirit and a desire to contribute positively.
  • Patience and understanding when working with elderly clients.
  • A solid work ethic and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A professional appearance is necessary.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred.

If you are ready to make a meaningful difference in your community while earning a professional income, consider becoming part of the Beltone family.
