Beltone Hearing Aid Centers
Salary: $64,800 - $82,400
We are a reputable and expanding franchise dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with hearing impairments. With over 82 years of experience in the industry, we have established a solid foundation built on core values and a commitment to patient care.
We are in search of enthusiastic and skilled individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care to train for the role of Hearing Instrument Specialist. No prior experience in this field is required.

At Beltone, we focus on nurturing confident and capable professionals. You will benefit from:
- Comprehensive Paid Training
- A Patient Care Coordinator to assist with scheduling and appointment management
- Targeted Marketing Campaigns to attract potential patients
- An Outreach Coordinator to build relationships with local senior living facilities and healthcare providers for referrals
- A competitive salary with commission opportunities
- No mandatory weekend hours
- Two weeks of paid vacation
- Access to the latest state-of-the-art equipment and technology
If you aspire to work in a professional setting while making a difference in people's lives, this is an excellent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough hearing assessments for prospective patients.
- Recommend appropriate Beltone products based on individual hearing needs.
- Provide ongoing care and follow-up for all patients.

- A competitive spirit and drive to succeed.
- A genuine desire to contribute positively to the community.
- Patience and understanding when working with elderly patients.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A professional appearance is necessary.
- Previous sales experience is preferred.
If you are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others while achieving a professional income, consider becoming part of the Beltone family.
