Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage the food and beverage operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, and financial goals.
  • Manage human resources, including hiring, training, and developing employees to ensure excellent service and high-quality food and beverages.
  • Implement company programs and manage operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations, federal, state, and local laws, and corporate policies.
  • Forecast, implement, monitor, and control budgets to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
  • Manage digital signage, Micros system, and other technology to enhance the guest experience.
  • Respond to customer trends, needs, and issues to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects.
  • Develop and implement promotions, displays, and ideas to capture more in-house guests and a larger share of the local market.
  • Monitor and control maintenance and sanitation of outlet areas and equipment to protect assets and ensure quality service.
Requirements
  • Two to three years of full employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
  • More than two years of post-high school education.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry tables, chairs, trays, plates, and chaffing dishes on a daily basis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Working Conditions

Inside 95% of work day. Temperatures can exceed degrees if working at location with outside dining facilities and when assisting in kitchen.
