Job Title: Network Operations ASI Coordinator

GDIT is seeking a highly skilled Network Operations ASI Coordinator to support the USCENTCOM Information Technology Services (CITS) Program in Tampa, FL.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing intra/inter theater Authorized Services interruptions impacting the HQ and FWD HQ CENTCOM customers. This includes prioritizing and managing ASI Requests, processing, deconflicting, and tracking ASI requests, providing impact assessments on network systems due to requested ASI, and gathering accurate information regarding outages, security calls that affect enterprisewide services, and maintenance on USCENTCOM systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage intra/inter theater Authorized Services interruptions impacting the HQ and FWD HQ CENTCOM customers.
  • Prioritize and manage ASI Requests as appropriate.
  • Process, deconflict, and track ASI requests.
  • Provide impact assessments on network systems due to requested ASI.
  • Gather accurate information regarding outages, security calls that affect enterprisewide services, and maintenance on USCENTCOM systems.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • COMPTIA Security+ CE Certification.
Desired:
  • Master's Degree with a focus in communication, computer science, engineering, or a related field of study.
  • ITIL V4 Certification.
Skills:
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products like Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and MS Project.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and customers.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills in making the appropriate technical decisions.
  • Motivated, adaptable, flexible, and able to produce quality results in an evolving, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
Clearance Requirement:
  • Active TS/SCI.
Travel Requirements:
  • Required USCENTCOM Exercise support of up to 10% Travel during the Year.
