Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations ASI Coordinator to support the USCENTCOM Information Technology Services (CITS) Program in Tampa, FL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage intra/inter theater Authorized Services interruptions impacting HQ and FWD HQ CENTCOM customers
  • Prioritize and manage ASI Requests as appropriate
  • Process, de-conflict, and track ASI requests
  • Provide impact assessments on network systems due to requested ASI
  • Gather accurate information regarding outages, security calls that affect enterprise-wide services, and maintenance on USCENTCOM systems
  • Complete trouble tickets using USCENTCOM approved systems and provide reports for situational awareness
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • COMPTIA Security+ CE Certification
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and customers
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills in making the appropriate technical decisions
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with USCENTCOM and familiarity with its mission
  • Knowledge and familiarity with USCENTCOM's IT environment
Clearance Requirement

Active TS/SCI

Up to 10% travel during the year
