Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Commercial Reporting & Analytics will drive data analysis efforts and informed decision-making across the organization. This role oversees the development and implementation of reporting and analytics strategies, manages a team of analysts, and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive reporting and analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance on best practices and methodologies.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for tracking business performance.
  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analytics initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Optimize data collection processes and reporting systems for efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage and co-develop growth initiatives to achieve and exceed annual and strategic planning (Strat Plan) time horizons.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading analytics teams with proven success in coaching, mentoring, and developing analytics teams.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python).
  • Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SAS).

  • MBA preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
