Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary administrative contact for the CEO, managing all communications and inquiries.
  • Oversee and coordinate family-related schedules, including children's activities and school commitments.
  • Conduct research and manage registrations for extracurricular activities, camps, and sports.
  • Maintain an organized and accurate calendar for the CEO, handling scheduling requests and resolving conflicts proactively.
  • Arrange personal appointments and travel logistics for the CEO and family members.
  • Coordinate meetings, including RSVPs and business meal arrangements, ensuring the CEO is informed of all schedule changes.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
  • Engage professionally with high-profile individuals and donors, upholding confidentiality and protocol.
  • Collaborate effectively with the CEO's office team, maintaining open lines of communication and adhering to established procedures.
  • Organize travel arrangements for both domestic and international trips for the CEO and Chief of Staff.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing family schedules and activities, either in a professional or personal capacity.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and self-direction.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and other relevant software.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • A collaborative team player with a sense of urgency and adaptability.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work across various levels of the organization, including senior leadership.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000, with final offers determined by experience and market conditions. This role is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
