Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
