Customer Care Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Lead to join our team at Equity Bank. As a Customer Care Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and professional service to customers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Train and mentor new representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform managerial duties as assigned, including reviewing and decisioning certain transactions.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze, investigate, and achieve results.
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
