Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at MCI. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and answering customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
