Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers as they arrive on the lot, guiding them through the sales process.
- Help customers find the right vehicle that suits their needs using our current inventory.
- Enhance the sales experience by showcasing vehicle features on-site.
- Assist customers in completing their sales applications.
- Collaborate with management to boost sales by regularly inspecting vehicles and reporting any issues.
- Support management in ensuring the lot is effectively merchandised to optimize sales.

Qualifications:
- Energetic and enthusiastic demeanor throughout the sales day.
- Outgoing and approachable, particularly when addressing customer concerns.
- Proven customer service skills and a successful sales history.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both in-person and over the phone.
- Persuasive with the capability to address and overcome customer objections.
- Proficient in basic business mathematics, including percentages.
- Able to learn and utilize Microsoft Office and proprietary sales software.
- Persistent, competitive, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Focused on meeting customer needs to enhance both dealership and personal sales.
