About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of retail point-of-sale systems and general computer software.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
