We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, trends, and competitor activity.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment.
- 2+ years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of retail point-of-sale systems and general computer software.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
