Job Summary

The IAM System Administrator will focus on Active Directory management, user provisioning, and file permissions for a leading healthcare organization. This role involves hands-on work with Active Directory, DFS management, file share permissions, and scripting to support user provisioning tasks. The position requires experience with Azure Active Directory and file permission management while providing opportunities for growth and learning in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Active Directory user provisioning, group permissions, and file shares.
  • Create and manage DFS links using the DFS console.
  • Administer Windows file shares and permission settings.
  • Support and troubleshoot user provisioning issues with critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Use scripting tools (PowerShell, VBScript, etc.) to automate administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with healthcare IT teams to ensure seamless system integration and user management.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with Azure Active Directory.
  • Expertise in file permissions and shared folders.
  • Scripting experience (VBScript, PowerShell).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows file shares and permission structures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare or health systems experience.
  • MCSE certification.
  • Experience with Remedy ticketing system.
  • Knowledge of Azure or SailPoint.
Primary Skills
  • Azure Active Directory, File Permission Management, Scripting (PowerShell, VBScript), DFS Management.
Nice to Have
