Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sailpoint IIQ Developer to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity Governance and a proven track record of delivering successful Sailpoint IIQ projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Sailpoint IIQ solutions and integrations
  • Lead technical delivery of IAM projects
  • Manage client engagement for IGA solutions
  • Develop workflows, rules, and custom connectors in Sailpoint IdentityNow solution
  • Assist offshore teams in development, requirement analysis, design, and implementation of factory development

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in IAM domain working on leading IGA tools
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sailpoint IIQ
  • Excellent knowledge of IGA fundamentals, including identity and access management lifecycle, authentication and authorization integrations, and application onboarding
  • Ability to lead technical delivery of IAM projects and manage client engagement for IGA solutions
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Superior problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in integrating HR systems and Active Directory
  • Ability to implement technical solutions that meet all functional and non-functional requirements with minimal customization
  • Proficiency in recertification concepts and ability to guide configuration in IGA solutions
  • Ability to generate standard or customized reports as per business needs
