Job Title: Sailpoint IIQ Developer

We are seeking an experienced Sailpoint IIQ Developer to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Sailpoint IIQ solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Sailpoint IIQ solutions for client onboarding and entitlement management
  • Develop and maintain custom connectors and workflows in Sailpoint IIQ
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with HR systems and Active Directory
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with Sailpoint IIQ releases and patches, and implement new features and functionality
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in IAM domain working on leading IGA tools
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sailpoint IIQ
  • Excellent knowledge of IGA fundamentals, including identity and access management lifecycle, authentication and authorization integrations, and application onboarding
  • Ability to lead technical delivery of IAM projects and manage client engagement
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Superior problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in integrating HR systems and Active Directory
  • Ability to implement technical solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements with minimal customization
  • Proficiency in recertification concepts and ability to guide configuration in IGA solutions
  • Ability to generate standard or customized reports as per business needs
