Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our products to existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a sales or support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong product knowledge and industry expertise
