Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using computers and customer management software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of active listening techniques.
  • Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively, working well under pressure.
