Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Program Manager to join our team at Adams Keegan Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance and benefits management, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage complex employee benefits accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. This includes serving as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, understanding client needs and objectives, and providing proactive support and addressing inquiries promptly.

As an Employee Benefits Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating renewals, open enrollments, and plan changes, collaborating with carriers and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery, and monitoring compliance with regulations and industry standards.

You will also address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, advocate for clients within the organization, process applications, payments, and enrollments, and assist in proposal development and presentations.

To succeed in this role, you should have 3+ years of experience in insurance or benefits related field, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills.

A salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year is expected, based on location and experience. Additionally, you can expect a hybrid schedule, health insurance, paid time off, and 401k benefits.
