Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Electronics Instructor to join our team at Lawson State Community College. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching electronics courses to students at the freshmen and sophomore levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver instruction for credited academic and technical courses in electronics
  • Develop and implement laboratory projects that enable students to relate theory to practical application
  • Administer written and performance examinations to determine student progress
  • Record student attendance and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate student progress to students and appropriate personnel
  • Supervise students in cooperative educational settings
  • Respond to student requests in a timely manner
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent in the teaching discipline and have three years of successful full-time experience as a practitioner in the field.
