We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Superior Talent Source. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, supervising staff, and contributing to sales growth and revenue generation. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high-quality food presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. You will also be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment.

As a successful Restaurant Manager, you will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. You will be proficient in using POS systems and restaurant management software, with a solid understanding of inventory management and cost control practices.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Guest Experience: Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive and memorable dining experience. Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Operational Support: Assisting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment.
- Team Leadership: Supporting and motivating the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, including hosts/hostesses, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff. Fostering a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, and providing ongoing training and development.
- Staff Supervision: Assisting in supervising and coordinating the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality and service standards. Providing guidance and coaching to enhance performance and address any issues or concerns.
- Inventory and Ordering: Working with the General Manager to monitor inventory levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and place orders with suppliers as needed. Ensuring proper storage and rotation of food and beverage items.
- Quality Control: Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Conducting regular inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, cleanliness, and compliance with established procedures.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Supporting initiatives to drive sales and upsell menu items.
- Cash Handling and Financial Management: Assisting in cash handling procedures, including reconciling sales, and preparing daily deposits. Contributing to monitoring and controlling expenses to meet financial targets.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
