We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Culinary Leader to join our team at Bascom's Chop House in Tampa Bay Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring the highest quality dishes are served to our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in culinary management, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-end restaurant setting. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the executive chef to develop innovative menus that meet the restaurant's policy and vision;
  • Designing and executing new dishes that appeal to our clients;
  • Establishing effective kitchen workflows to ensure seamless service delivery;
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety;
  • Recruiting, training, and developing talented chefs to meet our location's standards;
  • Ensuring order and discipline in the kitchen during working hours;
  • Crafting tasting menus for special events and catering services;
  • Developing cross-marketing strategies to increase profit;
  • Maintaining professional equipment and reporting any malfunctions;
Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-end restaurant setting;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor;
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software;
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
