POSITION SUMMARY:
As a representative at the Mike McClaskie Insurance Agency, you will effectively promote financial solutions that address everyday uncertainties. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement a customer-centric, needs-based evaluation process to inform clients about insurance alternatives.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client requirements, and promote suitable products and services.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license.
  • Must be able to obtain a Life and Health license.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service capabilities.
  • Preferred experience in achieving sales targets.
