Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Information Systems Specialist to join our team. This role will play a critical part in managing our HRIS processes, ensuring data integrity, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HRIS strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Configure and integrate HRIS systems, ensuring optimal functionality and data accuracy.
  • Design and implement business processes, workflows, and automations.
  • Manage system upgrades, implementations, and integrations with other business systems.
  • Administer HRIS security, user access, and permissions.
  • Generate human capital reports, metrics, and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with vendors.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to maximize system functionality and user proficiency.
  • Audit data integrity, examine concerns, and establish processes to improve data quality.
  • Negotiate contracts, oversee service level agreements, and ensure vendor performance meets organizational standards.
Qualifications
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HRIS systems, with in-depth technical expertise in at least one commercial HRIS product.
  • Understanding of benefits, recruiting, and human resources concepts, as well as learning & performance management principles.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.
  • Proven success in implementing projects and delivering results on time.
  • Ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly effective documentation skills and the ability to generate clear and concise release notes.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field required.
  • At least 3 years of related work experience within development, testing, configuration, and implementation for enterprise HRIS systems required.
