Job Summary

VRC Companies is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Document Destruction Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure and efficient destruction of confidential documents using our mobile shredding equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onsite/Offsite Document Destruction: Perform document destruction services at customer locations using our mobile shredding equipment.
  • Vehicle Operations: Safely operate a company vehicle, demonstrating proficiency in handling and maneuvering trucks and equipment.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Transport documents, equipment, hard drives, and supplies to and from customer locations while adhering to traffic regulations.
  • Safety and Maintenance: Conduct daily safety and maintenance checks on truck and shredder equipment, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Customer Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, as required by company policy.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of the truck interior and exterior, adhering to company standards.
