Position Overview: The Clinical Program Specialist will be responsible for the preparation and evaluation of various clinical documents and communications. This role involves collaborating with attending physicians and fellows to draft and refine essential materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and edit clinical documents as requested by faculty members.
  • Compile and organize updates for the annual review of clinical manuals.
  • Prepare materials for publication and distribution, including manuals and presentations.
  • Support Neonatology directors and faculty in the preparation of grant proposals, research manuscripts, and abstracts.
  • Design and produce both technical and non-technical documents for the division, enhancing communication and documentation standards.
  • Act as a liaison with communication specialists to ensure the division's online presence is current and informative.
  • Assist in the creation and revision of various manuals, flyers, and brochures for internal and external use.
  • Provide administrative support by maintaining meeting minutes and generating necessary communications.
  • Contribute to the development of research initiatives and assist in the preparation of statistical data for research presentations.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with a minimum of one year of related experience is required. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in English or Literature.
  • Experience in grants and research.
