Job Overview

Dismas Charities is a leading not-for-profit provider of community-based adult re-entry programs. We are seeking a highly skilled Reentry Program Specialist to join our team.

This role involves monitoring the custody, security, control, and maintenance of our facilities and residents. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of $21,777 per year, plus a $250 sign-on bonus. Our benefits package includes dental and vision coverage for all part-time and relief employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor residents' activities and ensure their accountability while within the facility and in the community.
  • Assist with managing program services, including installing electronic monitoring equipment and providing alcohol and urine surveillance testing.
  • Conduct internal and external inspections of the premises to maintain residents' health, safety, and accountability.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of paid work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
