Steps, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Behavioral Specialist to join our team. As a Behavioral Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with BCBA's to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and program implementation

You will be required to ensure that the client is always in a safe and positive environment and participate in team meetings and training workshops.

About Our Company:

At Steps, LLC, we offer a competitive salary range of $20-$28.00 an hour, along with benefits such as paid training and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience working with children with behavioral challenges
  • High school Diploma
  • Reliable transportation
  • Commitment to working flexible, full- and part-time schedules
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $22.50 per hour, based on the company's location and industry standards.
