About the Role: The Windsor Learning Center Inc is seeking a skilled youth development specialist to join our team. As a youth development specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging activities that promote the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.

We offer a competitive salary range of $15.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience and education. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 401(k) matching, health insurance, paid time off, and a referral program.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in early childhood education or a related field, a passion for working with children, and excellent communication skills. Please note that reliable transportation is required, as travel between programs may be necessary for select positions. The expected hours are 35-40 per week, Monday to Friday, with availability from 7:00am to 5:30pm.
