Role Summary:

The Talent Management Coordinator will act as a strategic partner to both internal and external stakeholders, supporting various functions within the human resources department, including:

  • Recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Training and development initiatives
  • Employee relations and performance management
  • Safety protocols and administrative responsibilities

This role is pivotal in aligning our operations with the mission and values of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Augusta, ensuring compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures across all HR functions.
  • Facilitate offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of HR communications.
  • Oversee the onboarding experience for new employees, including orientation sessions.
  • Support the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update the employee handbook.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of training and professional development programs.
  • Offer support to applicants and employees during training and events.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including event participation and interview scheduling.
  • Manage the organization’s talent management database.
  • Analyze employment-related data and prepare necessary reports.
  • Collaborate with leadership on employee relations and recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs.
  • Uphold confidentiality in all HR matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in technology, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and HR databases.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
