Role Summary:
The Talent Management Coordinator will act as a strategic partner to both internal and external stakeholders, supporting various functions within the human resources department, including:
- Recruitment and onboarding processes
- Training and development initiatives
- Employee relations and performance management
- Safety protocols and administrative responsibilities
This role is pivotal in aligning our operations with the mission and values of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Augusta, ensuring compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures across all HR functions.
- Facilitate offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of HR communications.
- Oversee the onboarding experience for new employees, including orientation sessions.
- Support the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update the employee handbook.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of training and professional development programs.
- Offer support to applicants and employees during training and events.
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including event participation and interview scheduling.
- Manage the organization’s talent management database.
- Analyze employment-related data and prepare necessary reports.
- Collaborate with leadership on employee relations and recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate employee recognition programs.
- Uphold confidentiality in all HR matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in technology, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and HR databases.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
