We're Fine Mexican Food Products Inc., a leading distributor of fine food products. As our Fine Food Customer Experience Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleThis is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity that requires a customer-focused individual with strong problem-solving skills. You'll work closely with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage customer complaints and inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products.
- Able to load and offload incoming orders using a Forklift.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
